| | | | | 权力转换过程中的生态保护——以“土家第一村”双凤村生态保护为例 | | | 陆群;罗康隆 | | | 双凤村解放前实施的是一种以族长寨老为权力核心的房族组织管理模式,解放后,这种权力组织被打破,新的国家权力组织建立起来,这种组织与传统的血缘纽带相脱离。一方面,造成这种权力组织与民间关系上的疏离;另一方面,致使新的权力组织成员对委以他们的上层权力组织怀有“感恩”和“敬畏”心理。就前者而言,导致双凤村生态管理者对民间管理的脱控;就后者而言,一旦政策失误,则大规模的生态破坏难以避免。故而权力转换应考虑与传统权力组织的协调。
