众所周知,当代俄罗斯脱胎于苏联,中俄关系既是中苏关系的延续,又包括冷战后国际政治格局调整后的新内涵。俄罗斯独立后,确立以欧洲大西洋主义为外交重点,并将首要目标定为迅速融入西方大家庭,以争取大规模的经济援助,然而西方大国对俄援助计划就象数字魔方口惠而实不至[1](P165),慷慨许诺的240亿美元的经援迟迟不能兑现,且美国等国还将施舍不到10亿美元的经援与俄国内民主政治改革,经济全盘私有化挂钩,当作西化、弱化、分化的筹码,逼迫俄罗斯按美国民主政治模式融入西方进程,亦步亦趋紧靠西方只会再度走入死胡同,全盘西化道路的终结标志着… | | |  推荐 CAJ下载  PDF下载 | | | CAJViewer7.0阅读器支持所有CNKI文件格式，AdobeReader仅支持PDF格式 | | | | Sino-RUSSIA:the Current Situation and Foresight of the Strategic Cooperative Partnership | | | WANG Chao-qing (Department of Law;Huaihua University;Huaihua;Hunan 418008) | | | The geopolitical environment of Russia is gravely getting worse and the geographical strategic space of Russia is sinking unprecedently into atrophy after the drastic change of the Eastern Europe, the disintegration of the Soviet Union, the disbandment of Warsaw treaty Organization, the end of the Yalta system and the eastward expansion of the NATO and EU in succession. Then the cooperated organization of Shanghai emerged as the time demanded. The establishment and steady development of Sino-Russia strategic partnership of coordination have become the historical inevitable choice.The international situation is fast changing and America has become a super power, which brings new opportunities and motive forces for the all-round development of the Sino-Russia relationship.
