| | | | | 美国的对外战略的调整与中国的地缘安全 | | | 袁云初 | | | “9.11”事件打破了美国坚不可摧的神话,美国的安全理念发生了重大变化,也促成了美国对外战略的相应调整,然而美国对外战略的根本目标并没有发生改变,在打击国际恐怖主义的同时,加强了对传统安全威胁的关注,以防范中国作为地区性大国崛起的挑战。美国战略重心东移亚太地区,在地缘战略上不断经营中国周边地区,挤压中国的生存空间,对中国形成“三面围堵”之势。美国欲借“反恐”之名,行霸权之实,使中国的地缘安全面临极大挑战。为此,中国必须妥善应对,积极营造周边安全环境,加强我国战略纵深依托。
