| | | | | 对湘西农民科技素质的实证研究 | | | 谷中原;胡佩 | | | 提高农民科技素质是农村经济学和农村社会学研究的课题,对促进农民致富和建设小康社会有重大现实意义。从湘西农民受教育状况判断,中国农民的科技素质不高;从湘西农民科技素质的构成看,农业社会的科技素质在中国农民科技素质结构中的比重很大;从湘西农民科技意识来分析,中国农民对实用农业科技非常关注,但真正应用到生产中去的很少。造成这种现象的原因主要是落后的小农生产模式和生活方式以及农村科技推广体系不完善。提高农民科技素质,必须加强农民教育、改变农民传统的生产方式和生活方式、建立农民学科技用科技的社会激励机制。

一、文献综述与本案选取科技素质是一个不断发展的概念,是指一个人所具有的用科学观点认识和描述客观世界的能力。科技素质不仅是科技进步、科技创新的动力和基础,也是与科学技术进步相适应的时代素质。一般来说,科技素质结构主要包括以下要素:(1)科技基础知识。既应该有正确的科技思想方法如理论逻辑方法、科学实验思想方法等,还应该有现代社会所需要的一部分知识和方法。(2)科技意识。科技意识是人们对科学技术的看法。它反映了人们对科技的认识及关心度。(3)科技应用能力。科技应用能力包括科技知识的获得、科技兴趣的激发与培养、科技基… | | |  推荐 CAJ下载  PDF下载 | | | CAJViewer7.0阅读器支持所有CNKI文件格式，AdobeReader仅支持PDF格式 | | | | Empirical Research of Xiangxi Peasants' Technologic Qualities | | | GU Zhong-Yuan1;HU Pei2 (Economy College of Hunan Agriculture University;Law College;Central South University;Changsha;Hunan 410072) | | | To raise peasants' technologic qualities,which is the subject of rural economics and rural sociology,has realistic significance in improving peasants to attain prosperity and building the Well-off society.According to Xiangxi peasants' educational situation,Chinese peasants have low technologic qualities;According to the structure of peasants' technologic qualities,technologic qualities of agriculture society occupy large proportions in Chinese peasant,technologic qualities structure;According to Xiangxi peasants' technologic consciousness,Chinese peasants have only paid much attention to practical agriculture technology but few to production. The main causes are that of laggard Small-scale production mode and life style as well as imperfect extension system of rural tchnology. In order to elevate peasants' technologic qualities,we should strengthen peasants' educatoin,change peasants' traditional production mode and life style. And build incentive mechanism to urge peasant to learn and use technology.
