随着我国市场经济体制的进一步完善,人才的合理流动在全国范围内正逐渐地形成,由此各高校引发的人事档案争议案件每年呈上升趋势。去年就发生了一起职工诉我院人事争议的民事案件,基本情况是这样的:由于学校为吸引高层次人才,与原告的丈夫(在读委培博士)签订有关协议,将原告以引进教师配偶身份调入该院工作。后原告丈夫毕业后没有依据协议来我院服务,致使原告申请调离我院工作并转出人事档案的请求没有得到满足。于是原告申请劳动争议仲裁,后被告不服,依法提起诉讼,要求原告赔偿被告的经济损失。该案件可以说是一种典型的由于人事争议而引发… | | |  推荐 CAJ下载  PDF下载 | | | CAJViewer7.0阅读器支持所有CNKI文件格式，AdobeReader仅支持PDF格式 | | | | The Present Sistuation and Develepment on University's Personel File Management | | | TAN Li-zhen (Personnel Division of Huaihua University;Huaihua;Hunan 418008) | | | Because the university is carrying on the reform of teaching, scientific research and every management system, the management model of old personal file in the university has not adapted to the development of various fields of the university.
