| | | | | 湖南学校体育的现状分析与对策研究 | | | 陈英军;刘亚云 | | | 学校体育是实现终身体育的重要场所,是促进全民健身的有力保障,其开展的好坏直接影响到体育工作的全局．近几年来,湖南的学校体育取得了一定的成绩,但与发展要求相比还有不小的差距,片面追求升学率、体育场地器材的严重不足、领导的不重视是影响我省学校体育工作开展的主要因素．要解决这些问题就必须明确学校体育教学的目标、建立保障学校体育正常运行的资金体系、加强体育师资队伍建设、实施学校体育工作运行的法制化、制定科学的学校体育评估标准,实行量化考核管理制度．
