,文红 | | | 会展旅游已经成为当今世界旅游业的一个新兴的商务旅游形式,越来越受到世界各国的重视。当前的会展业有从核心向边缘扩展的趋向。很多小型会展活动在价格、交通、逐步改善的服务设施和弹性模式等诸多因素的影响下向中小城市转移。中小城市并非不可以发展会展业,关键在于如何定位和怎样发展。以怀化市为例,重点探讨了中小城市发展会展旅游的必要条件、运行机制。

根据1710年出版的《市场与展览概述》(D e鄄scription of M arket and Fair)记载,最早的会展机构与会展兴起于中世纪欧洲的大城市英国伦敦——1851年英国伦敦主办了第一届世界博览会;近代商业意义上的世界第一个会展于1890年在德国的城市莱比锡举行。根据世界权威会议组织——国际会议协会(IC鄄CA)的统计,目前全世界每年大型会展不少于15万个,仅国际会议达到就有7万多个,参加国超过4个、节会外宾超过50人的各种国际会议达到4万个以上,世界全年用于国际会议的支出高达2800亿美元[1]。广泛开展的会展业,已成为世界各国经济发展的“助推器”… | | |  推荐 CAJ下载  PDF下载 | | | CAJViewer7.0阅读器支持所有CNKI文件格式，AdobeReader仅支持PDF格式 | | | | On Construction of MICE Tourism in a Middle or Small City——Take Huaihua as an Example | | | ZHONG Jia-yu;WEN Hong(Forest Tourism Research Centre;Central-South Forestry University;Changsha;Hunan 410004) | | | MICE tourism, a newly emerging form of comprehensive business tourism,has been arousing more and more interest in many countries and cities with its unparalled advantages compared with conventional tourism.This paper mainly discusses conditions, management organism and measurement of MICE tourism in a middle or small city. After analysis of tourism industry in huaihua city, we comes to a conclusion that Huaihua is fully capable of being built into a city of regional MICE tourism centre. A series of suggestions are given on how to develop Huaihua's MICE tourism in terms of administrative organization, hardware construction, human resources cultivating and market promotion,ect.
