,龙叶先 | | | 西南地区农村绝大多数民族家庭,由于经济困难和教育成本的增加,使得他们只能承受最多不超过义务教育阶段的教育。他们的孩子由于不能完全接受从幼儿到大学的整个过程的教育,经济机会就相对较少;较少的经济机会反过来又影响其教育成绩。然而,研究结果表明:经济机会与民族家庭的教育态度与行为的互动也有肯定的一面,既良好的经济机会可以促使民族家庭对教育产生积极的态度,良好的教育进而使受教育者得到更多的经济机会。因此,笔者建议必须采取一些积极的措施来增加民族地区农村家庭的经济机会,从而调动民族地区农村家庭对学校教育的积极性。

一、民族地区学校学生就学的情况建国以来,尤其是改革开放和实施西部大开发战略以来,在党和国家的高度重视和大力扶持下,民族地区的学校教育得到了迅速发展。“义教工程”、“普九”、“一费制”等措施有效地促进了民族地区教育事业的发展,使民族地区小学入学率达到94%以上。面对民族教育可喜成就的同时,我们也看到了民族教育存在的问题和差距,更加感受到了民族教育发展的艰巨和任重道远。众所周知,民族地区办教育难,“普九”更难,巩固更是难上加难。民族地区小学、初中隐性失学率居高不下,初中辍学比较普遍,有些地方学生的流失已经危及到了… | | |  推荐 CAJ下载  PDF下载 | | | CAJViewer7.0阅读器支持所有CNKI文件格式，AdobeReader仅支持PDF格式 | | | | Study on the Interplaying Relationship between Chance to Earn and Minority Nationalities Family 's Attitude to School Education | | | LONG Yan-ping1;LONG Ye-xian2(1.Provincial Nationality Bureau;Changsha;Hunan 410000; 2.Education College of Central Natinality University;Beijing 100081) | | | Owing to the poverty and the augmentation of educational cost, the majority of minority nationalities family in the south-west countryside can just endure as most as the cost that they pay in their compulsory education. Their children can not enjoy much more opportunity to earn as a result of having no chance to accept the whole education from kindergarten to university. Less opportunity to earn affects their school achievement by contraries. However,the study indicates that better opportunity to earn has positive influenc on minority nationalities' educational attitude and action, that is to say that better chance to earn can impel them to like education. Better education can make them enjoy much more chance to earn. The author suggests that measure to enhance the family 's chance to earn in minority nationalities countryside must be taken to stimulate their positive attitude & action to school education .
