| | | | | 大学生专业承诺的心理结构及影响因素研究 | | | 严瑜;龙立荣 | | | 从大学生专业承诺的角度来考察大学生的专业选择和专业发展,对于促进大学生的专业定位和职业生涯规划具有指导意义。本文通过访谈和因素分析的方法,对我国华中地区8所高校共1140名大学生专业学习的认同态度作了调查,结果表明:大学生专业承诺的心理结构包含了感情承诺、经济承诺、规范承诺和机会承诺。同时,进一步考察了大学生专业承诺与人口学变量、心理因素变量之间的关系发现,影响大学生专业承诺的人口学因素主要包括了专业、性别、年龄等,影响大学生专业承诺的心理因素主要包括了大学生的自我效能感和学习兴趣等。
