| | | | | 机动车儿童约束装置防护效果、使用及干预措施 | | | 俞学群;孙正;武阳丰 | | | 随着我国快速机动化进程,道路交通伤害已成为我国儿童健康的严重威胁。使用机动车儿童约束装置能有效减少交通事故发生时儿童伤亡。许多发达国家通过了相关立法,儿童约束装置使用也较为普及,但在我国还未得到广泛应用。研究表明其使用有很多影响因素,在发展中国家产品价格和可及性可能是更重要的因素。提高儿童约束装置使用率的措施包括执法、教育、激励和工程等。有必要在国内加强相关研究,并有针对性地采取干预措施以促进儿童约束装置的使用。

世界卫生组织(WHO)估计全球每年有120万人死于道路交通事故,其中超过30%为25岁以下人群。根据资料,道路交通伤害在1~4岁年龄组死因排序中排位第10,在5~9岁年龄组排位第3,在10~14岁年龄组排位第2[1]。随着中国的快速机动化进程,道路交通伤也日益形成对我国儿童健康的严重威胁,与溺水一起成为0~14岁意外伤害的两个首要死因。儿童约束装置(child restraint system,CRS)是车内最有效的被动安全装置之一,在事故发生时能显著减少儿童伤亡。但在我国目前CRS还未能得到普及应用。以下对儿童约束装置的防护效果、使用和干预措施等作一综述,以期为… | | |  推荐 CAJ下载  PDF下载 | | | CAJViewer7.0阅读器支持所有CNKI文件格式，AdobeReader仅支持PDF格式 |
