| | | | | 连词“以及”的历史来源 | | | 田范芬 | | | 本文考察“以及”虚化成连词的机制、过程及成词年代、标志。“以及”最初只是介词“以”和动词“及”的连用,因为经常处在中心动词的后面作补充成分,当中心动词在语义和语用上都能和“及”所带的宾语搭配时,“及”的动词性就会虚化,“以及”凝固成词后先表示“以至”、“以至于”义,再进一步虚化成并列连词.这个过程在先秦文献的某些用例中已经完成,《汉语大词典》有关“以及”作并列连词的收例应从清代提前至先秦。

At first, Yiji(以及) were the combination of the preposition Yi(以) and the verb Ji(及), because they were often behind the central verb of a sentence and acted as a complement. When the central verb can collocate with the object of verb Ji(及) in semantic, the verb Ji(及) would grammaticalise and combine with Ji(及) as a phrase to express the meaning of groups Yizhi(以至) or Yizhiyu (以至于). Then the word group Yiji(以及) with this meaning would become a conjunction in its further grammaticalization, and some examples of Yiji (以及) of Pre-Qin(秦) literature had been used as a coordinator. The date of the earlist instances of Yiji(以及) used as a coordinator should be advanced from the Qing Dynasty (清) to Pre- Qin(秦) in Chinese Great Dictionary(汉语大词典).
