| | | | | 丙型肝炎与酒精性肝病 | | | 孟庆颖;徐有青 | | | 酒精性肝病是长期过度饮酒导致肝细胞反复发生脂肪变性、坏死和炎症,最终导致肝纤维化和肝硬化。饮酒还可促进HCV在体内的复制,嗜酒者对HCV的易感性也增加。另外,酒精可加快丙型肝炎肝纤维化、肝硬化、肝癌的病变进程,而且饮酒也可影响抗病毒治疗的效果。本文对酒精和丙型肝炎病毒的相互作用作一综述。
