| | Youth League Sub-committees of our university are grass-rootorganizations directly involved in educating, disciplining and serving their member students. In the present situation, a sub-committee secretary should take service to students in their progress as breakthough point for thestrengthening of the Youth League construction, and work as good teacher and helpful friend creating fowoutable conditions for students' progress, both idelolgical and academic. In addition, he or she must be politically and progessionally qualified.
