| | | | | 乡镇领导人角色与责任 | | | 叶贵仁 | | | 近年来乡镇地位日益凸显,乡镇领导人责任日益成为目前学术界关注的焦点话题。但是从研究成果来看,研究者仅从笼统意义上来谈论领导人责任,忽略了从微观的权力与责任相统一的视角来探讨乡镇领导领导人的角色责任。而恰恰是角色责任体现了他们权力的行使。乡镇领导人角色责任的内涵便是要符合科层制的规定,同时发挥人的主观能动性。
