| | | | | 对我国现代远程教育中有关法律问题的思考 | | | 汪跃平 | | | 现代远程教育是在数字信号环境下进行教学活动的一种新型教育形式,这种教学形式相继引出的版权问题、教学机构的资质问题、学生的隐私与安全问题等对传统的著作权法、侵权法、教育法等提出了严峻的挑战。应该出台一部远程教育法,确定远程教育机构资质及其认定机构,规定远程教育机构应当具备的条件;并通过著作权法规范远程教学中使用他人作品的合理使用界限、教师的远程教学作品版权的归属等问题。
