| | | | | 对《内地与澳门特别行政区关于相互认可和执行民商事判决的安排》的解读 | | | 宋连斌;杨娟 | | | 内地与澳门达成的《内地与澳门特别行政区关于相互认可和执行民商事判决的安排》是我国首次与澳门特别行政区达成的关于判决承认与执行的协议。《安排》关于法院判决认可与执行的范围、程序和条件等事项的规定,为内地与澳门相互认可与执行法院判决提供了重要的法律依据。但在具体规定上,《安排》仍存在不足,正因为如此,才使我们对未来区际司法协助的发展更加充满期待。
