| | | | | 以“核心员工为本”管理理念研究 | | | 单明 | | | “核心员工”是企业的中坚力量,是企业的长期资本。现代企业在管理中不仅要“以人为本”,而且更应以“核心员工”为本,以“核心员工”为本是“以人为本”的基础。企业管理者应具备以“核心员工为本”管理理念,在企业管理过程中切实做到以“核心员工”为中心,并将“核心员工”视为组织中最宝贵的资源和财富,信赖和尊重他们,充分发挥“核心员工”在企业管理中的作用,使他们成为企业在激烈的市场竞争中取得竞争优势的力量源泉。
