| | | | | 欠发达地区基层政府治理创新与发展——基于西部少数民族地区的实证分析 | | | 邓晓海 | | | 政府在促进欠发达地区的经济在健康的道路上发展过程中,起着非常重要的作用。目前,民族地区地方政府传统政府管理模式存在着民族角色模糊,管理体制不够完善,官员素质较低,地方政府利益机制不规范等问题。因此,必须重新界定政府职能、加快体制改革步伐,培育公共管理主体、强化政府服务理念,提升政府官员素质,才能更好地发挥地方政府在促进民族地区社会经济发展的作用。
