| | | | | 弱者人权思想刍议 | | | 周慧;吴成钢 | | | 同情弱者,维护弱者的权益,是人类文明的标志。从弱者人权思想的提出及孕育过程以及法律保护的历史演进来看,弱者的内涵很偏狭。尤其以弱势群体来称谓或定义弱者概念,表明以往弱者人权思想均存在一些欠缺,难于把弱者人权保护落实到对弱者个体的人文关怀。
