| | | | | 我国地理标志法律保护现状及其完善之对策 | | | 向玉兰 | | | 为了履行TR IPS赋予W TO成员国的义务,我国入世后加强了地理标志的法律保护。但与TR IPS标准相比,我国对地理标志的保护力度不够,有必要研究TR IPS协议相关条文以及W TO新一轮关于地理标志多边谈判的最新发展,结合我国地理标志的保护现状,参照其他国家的立法模式,进一步完善我国保护地理标志的法律,使我国地理标志能得到成员国充分有效的保护,以促进我国经济尤其是农业经济和特色经济的发展。
