| | | | | 我国高等学校行政化体制弊端分析 | | | 巫春华 | | | 我国高等教育体制的基础是行政化体制。随着市场经济的发展,这种行政化体制已经越来越不适应我国高等学校的发展。目前我国高等教育改革未能突破行政化体制的束缚,使得高等学校行政化体制的弊端比较明显地表现出来,主要体现在高等学校的权力倒错、主体倒错、价值倒错、伪劣现象、冗员堆积、资源浪费等方面。
