| | | | | 高校干部“双肩挑”与管理职业化的理论思考 | | | 宋涛 | | | 管理职业化是现代大工业生产方式和组织运作的基本要求,而在我国高校,却长期存在着不同于管理职业化模式的另外一种模式——“双肩挑”干部管理模式。“双肩挑”干部管理模式中存在的问题是由于“双肩挑”的兼职管理方法与管理职业化要求产生的冲突导致的,而我国高校内部管理权力配置中顺应学术权力提升要求又为“双肩挑”模式的存在提供了合理性支持,因此,对高校管理干部、尤其是教学科研单位管理干部的“双肩挑”模式应该在肯定的前提下予以改进。
