| | | | | 以科学发展观指导制定高校教育事业发展规划 | | | 卢建红 | | | 在多元、开放和竞争的办学格局中,高校要在竞争中取胜,就必须以科学发展观指导制定发展规划,准确定位,着重从适切性、质量与国际化三个高等教育的核心理念去把握教育发展的问题,达到全面、协调和可持续的发展。要确立规划的战略重点,注重以人为本,抓好师资队伍建设、突出学生培养的中心地位和学科建设的龙头地位,切实采取措施作为规划实施的保障基础。
