| | | | | 论和谐社会的公平正义 | | | 黄颖珊 | | | 公平正义是人们衡量政治文明的尺度,是建设社会主义和谐社会的基础和前提,是现代社会进行制度安排和制度创新的重要依据,是建设社会主义和谐社会的根本目标之一。因此,我们必须树立公平正义的价值理念,以体制创新为保障,以政策调整为关键,以法律规范为基石,依法治国保障公平正义,使之成为社会主义和谐社会的重要支柱。
