近年来,民营企业、民营经济的迅速崛起,已成为佛山市经济发展中的一支重要力量和主力军。据统计,截止到2004年3月31日,佛山市民营企业总数43110户,比去年同期增长13.3%,注册资金5244324万元:个体工商户149669户,比去年同期增长8.8%,注册资金498976万元;民营企业创造的税收已占了佛山税收总额的一半以上。然而,相比较广州、深圳而言,由于对外出口贸易额,对外直接投资比例不大,从而制约了佛山经济的强劲发展势头。从全球经济一体化的发展趋势来看,只有参与全球市场竞争,才能实现企业的可持续成长。入世后,关税的不断降低,市场开放自由度不断扩… | | |  推荐 CAJ下载  PDF下载 | | | CAJViewer7.0阅读器支持所有CNKI文件格式，AdobeReader仅支持PDF格式 | | | | The Core Problem of Transnational Management for Privately-run Enterprises of Foshan | | | ZHUO Ling;WANG Xin-zhou(Business Management Department;Foshan University;Foshan 528000;China) | | | As the important force in the economy of the Pearl River Delta economic zone, the role of Foshan's privately-run enterprises should not be underestimated.
