Credit principle in nature is a kind of social capital or a kind of social contract obligation which shows great vitality in the legislation of international financial organizations such as WTO. However, Chinese legal system takes advantages of both two legal systems. The western credit principle and its reasonable core would be teken in gradually, finally transplanted into Chinese legal system. So it plays an increasingly influential role in the legislation of Chinese financial law.
