| | | | | 佛山城市环境经济政策研究 | | | 李霄,徐中和 | | | 环境是影响城市社会和经济发展的重要因素之一,在城市发展的产品经济模式与环境经济模式中,佛山市应选择后者。从城市环境规划、建设、管理与发展的角度而言,政府应制定城市环境经济政策,同时要保证城市总体规划与环境专项规划的统一,并且要制定政策使用者合理的付费制度,从而为佛山城市可持续发展打下良好的环境基础。
