| | | | | 从硅谷小企业集群看我国高科技园区的发展 | | | 罗良忠,史占中 | | | 硅谷的发展经历了国防产品、集成电路、个人电脑、因特网四个阶段;研究型大学、风险投资、独特的文化、气候与生活质量、社会结构形成了硅谷小企业集群成长和发展的支撑体系;小企业集群使硅谷构成了网络型的产业体系和企业组织结构,这反过来又推动了小企业集群的发展。我国科技园区中小企业集群化程度偏低,推动企业集群化成长,将成为我国高科技园区的必然选择。
