| | | | | 经济伦理学何以兴盛 | | | 孙君恒 | | | 经济伦理学运动的起因在实践上是丑闻、群体力量和法律三方面因素,导致经济伦理制度化的。在理论上,经济伦理学一方面是经济学和管理学发展的逻辑,关注"企业的社会责任"和股东利益,另一方面是伦理学深入生活的结果,把契约论、美德伦理、诚信伦理等进行实际应用。经济伦理学面临着学科与实践难题,同时也显现了再发展的前景。

Practically speaking, three main factorsscandals, group power and laws, cause business ethics to be systematic. Theoretically speaking, Business Ethics, on one hand, is logical development of Economics and Management, such as concerning in social responsibility of business and stockholders' interests. On the other hand, It shows Ehtics comes in the social living, making social contract theory, virtue ethics, and integrity approach practical.
