| | | | | 论党建和思想政治工作的创新 | | | 黄永尧 | | | 党建和思想政治工作的创新是进入21世纪新形势发展的要求。党建和思想政治工作的创新要做到以下几点:坚持用马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和"三个代表"重要思想武装党员、教育群众;党要管党,从严治党,依靠和发动广大群众积极参与;要把解决思想问题与解决实际问题结合起来;要一手抓教育,一手抓制度建设;关键是领导干部要做好表率;必须加强党委统一领导,各部门齐抓共管。
