| | | | | 后发国家区域现代化的参考系探索——珠三角率先实现现代化的目标取向 | | | 戴激波 | | | 珠三角的现代化建设属后发国家的区域现代化建设 ,其参考系的建构应该抓住三个方面 :第一 ,在理论层面 ,从已有的现代化理论中提取合理内核 ,准确地把握现代化是一个国家或地区在经济、政治、社会体制和运行方式等方面不断更新的连续过程 ;第二 ,在经验层面 ,要汲取世界各国现代化进程中值得借鉴的经验教训 ;第三 ,在实践操作层面 ,要立足于自身的特性 ,从自身所处的各种环境出发选择适合的现代化路径。

后发国家和地区的现代化建设 ,既面临着已实现现代化国家的示范效应 ,又面临着自身固有的一系列实际情况及其与外来示范之间的矛盾关系。因此 ,以什么为参考系来取向 ,对后发国家和地区来说是一个很重要的课题。战后 ,关于后发国家和地区现代化发展的正统理论和非正统理论之间的差别 ,归根结底是赖以建立的参考系的差别。正统理论以发达国家已经走过的发展道路为参考系来“规范”、“指导”后发国家的发展 ;非正统理论则以后发国家所处的“中心——外围”体系为参考系 ,把眼光集中在后发国家自身的特殊性上 ,谋求不同于发达国家走过的发展道… | | |  推荐 CAJ下载  PDF下载 | | | CAJViewer7.0阅读器支持所有CNKI文件格式，AdobeReader仅支持PDF格式 | | | | A Probe into Reference Frame of Regional Modernization in Developing Countries | | | DAI JI-bo (Politics and Law Department;Foshan University;Foshan 528000;China) | | | Modernization construction in the Pearl River Delta belongs to regional modernization of developing countries, so the construction of its reference frame should be focused on the following three aspects. In theory, we may absorb the reasonal core from the current modernization theory and correctly consider that modernization is a continuous renewal course in economy, politics, social system and operational ways. In experience, we must absorb that of other countries in their modernization. In operation, we must choose a suitable way which is based on our own features and environment.
