自 1 993年下半年以来 ,地处珠三角的佛山市南海、顺德、石湾、三水等地农村逐步推行了社区股份合作制。它对农村生产起到了巨大的推动作用。但是 ,随着市场经济的发展和农村形势的变化 ,这种股份合作制的局限性也逐步凸现出来 ,突出表现在股份分配的福利性、股东资格的社区封闭性、股权设置的单一性、产权界定的不彻底性、管理运作的行政性 ,与市场经济内在要求的生产要素流动性不相适应 ,不利于建立完善的农村市场经济体制 ,因此 ,在完善农村股份合作制的基础上推行农村股权社会化流转 ,很有必要。本文拟对推行农村股权社会化流转中的有关… | | |  推荐 CAJ下载  PDF下载 | | | CAJViewer7.0阅读器支持所有CNKI文件格式，AdobeReader仅支持PDF格式 | | | | A Study of the Socialization of Stock Right in the Countryside | | | LAI Qin fu(Policy Research Institute;Foshan Municipality;Foshan 528000;China) | | | In the countryside of Foshan, people are probing and creating new ideas in the aspects of stock right's consolidation, stock expansion and reasonable stock flow, which has deepened the reform on countryside's stock share cooperative system, promoted the marketing and socialization of stock right, and built up a foundation for the socialization of stock right.
