| | | | | 论管理创新是经济发展的动力 | | | 杨清 | | | 管理创新是知识经济对管理提出的必然要求 ,也是经济增长的动力。它表现出以下趋势 :以人为本 ,体现个人、组织、社会和谐发展 ;从传统管理模式转向整合管理模式 ;减少管理中间科层 ,实行网络型组织结构 ;知识等无形要素是分配的依据 ,贡献大小是分配的尺度 ;企业利益与社会责任的统一。管理创新是个过程 ,通常要经历产生创新愿望、进行创新定位、形成创新方案、实施创新、创新评价与总结等阶段。
