The distribution domain of isomeric kinds of G(4) is denoted by R(v,n). This paper discussed three cases of R(v,n) and obtain three types of distribution theorem of R(v,n). Some examples illustrated the applications of the distribution domains on Graph Theory and hydrocarbons.
