| | | | | 小学教育专业专科自考助学网络建设研究 | | | 阮秀华;缪剑峰;王志强;李德煌;陈茂建;董子蓉;曾建兴 | | | 为确保大面积提高小学教育专科自考助学质量,我省建立了省、市、县三级函授助学辅导网络。省教育学院全盘统筹、主持全省函授助学工作,各设区市教育(教师进修)学院组织实施函授助学工作,县(市、区)教师进修学校具体落实助学工作。通过多年探索,各地结合实际,形成了市级学院中心模式、市县协同模式、县级学校中心模式等助学模式,在制度、师资、内容、形式、管理、评价等方面积累了三级助学网络建设的有效经验,改变了自考“重考试轻教育之嫌”,真正有效提高教师教育教学素养,促进小学教师专业化发展。
