It was done by Liang Ke-jia who was the NO.1 Scholar in the imperial examination and was Prime Minister of Southern Song Dynasty.When he acted as magistrate in Fuzhou, he organized the scholars to do this work. It is the earliest local chronicles in Fujian Province. Its value will last forever in the annals of history just like the character and fame of Liang Kejia himself.
