近年来,随着高校扩招迅猛发展,办学规模不断扩大。我国的高等教育规模由1998年的340.9万人,迅速增加到2005年的1400万人,目前我国接受高等教育的人数已经超过美国,成为全球高等教育大国[1]。高校扩招后,由于人数增加,就业形势日益严峻,社会竞争日趋激烈,以2003年为例,大学本科就业率仅为50%,专科就业率仅为35%[2]。大学毕业生由原来的“皇帝女儿不愁嫁”变成一进大学门就为就业问题担心焦虑,从而导致大学毕业生的心理问题日益突出。因此,关注大学毕业生的就业心理状况,及时予以积极的心理引导,培养大学生的基本素质,锻造大学生的基本技能,以… | | |  推荐 CAJ下载  PDF下载 | | | CAJViewer7.0阅读器支持所有CNKI文件格式，AdobeReader仅支持PDF格式 | | | | Analysis of College Graduates′ Employment Psychology and Corresponding Measures | | | SU Jian-xin(Fujian Medical University;Fuzhou 350004;China) | | | It is a great concern of the society that it is difficult for college graduates to find a job. The various mental anxieties revealed by college students during the course of seeking a job have severely affected their physical and mental health. Through an analysis of the social and psychological pressure, the environmental pressure and the subjective pressure that college graduates had in seeking a job, the paper puts forwards corresponding proposals such as colleges and universities should establish such a notion as education and training in an all-round way, the job market should reinforce the construction of employment rules and the employment system, and college students should attach great importance to the cultivation and training of their overall qualities and qualifications.
