| | | | | 利用Excel提高数据录入效率的解决方案——全国计算机等级考试报名工作改进方法的探讨 | | | 柯菁 | | | 本文主要研究如何充分利用全国计算机等级考试(简称NCRE)报名软件的数据导入功能,改进报名方式。根据考试报名信息要求,自制一张Excel模板;并且运用VisualFoxpro语言编写一个数据转换程序。该程序主要通过Excel表导入——数据检查——报名号编号——转换成被接受的(zip)文件5个步骤,把带有考生报名信息的Excel类型的数据文件转换成NCRE报名软件认识的格式,并把报名数据导入追加到考试软件中,以实现数据录入的集成性,减少录入数据的错误,提高报名效率。

引言全国计算机等级考试是于1994年经原国家教育委员会批准,由教育部考试中心主办,用于考查应试人员计算机应用知识与能力的等级水平考试。在竞争日益增强的当今社会,拥有计算机等级考试合格证书是许多大学生在社会参加竞争的一个筹码和资本,也是很多单位衡量一个公务员计算机应用能力的一个标准。福建教育学院作为考点成立以来,已举行过10个考次,参加考试的人员达近7000人。由我担任考务管理员有8次,主要是负责考试报名工作,以及考试的编排,而其中最关键的部分是考生报名信息的录入与校对。随着报名考生的不断增加,数据信息的录入不论是机… | | |  推荐 CAJ下载  PDF下载 | | | CAJViewer7.0阅读器支持所有CNKI文件格式，AdobeReader仅支持PDF格式 | | | | A Solution to Improving the Efficiency of Data Recording by Excel——Probe into the Ways of Register in the National Computer Rank Examination | | | KE Jing (Fujian Institute of Education;Fuzhou 350025;China) | | | This paper discusses the ways of improving the register in the National Computer Rank Examination (Abbreviated to NCRE) by using the data input function of the NCRE register software. According to the requirements of the register information of the examination, an Excel template was made and a data-transformation program was written in Visual Foxpro language. Going through the five steps-inputting the Excel table, checking the data, numbering the register, and converting it into an accepted zip file, this program will transform the Excel data file that contains the examinees' register information into the format that the NCRE register software recognizes, and add the register data input to the examination software so as to realize the integration of data recording and to reduce data errors, thus improving the register efficiency.
