| | | | | 新经济视野下的资本有机构成变化与就业关系 | | | 陈国志 | | | 在新经济条件下,资本有机构成出现了由上升转为缓慢下降的趋势,其对社会就业的影响也呈现出复杂化、多样化的特点。在传统产业,资本有机构成仍然表现为上升趋势,对社会就业的影响主要在于量上,且带有双重性。随着社会信息产业比重的增加,资本有机构成缓慢下降,其对社会就业的影响主要在于结构上。我们应该看到这种新变化,寻求解决社会就业问题的有效途径。
