| | | | | 高校办学自主权的现实依据及其落实对策 | | | 谢鸿飞 | | | 高校办学自主权是高等教育的特点和自身发展规律的内在要求,是我国社会变革和社会主义市场经济发展的必然产物,是规律性要求和时代性要求相结合的结果。当前,应从转变政府职能、建立高校自我发展自我约束的运行机制、加强高等教育法制建设、建立健全高等教育中介组织等方面落实高校办学自主权,以促进高等教育的快速发展。
