This paper attempts to illustrate how to successfully practice the new classroom teaching mode. It involves several aspects as the following: teachers changing their teaching ideas and the students changing their learning styles; defining teachers' role and students' position in the classroom; creating a democratic and equal atmosphere; helping the students learn to study by themselves; trying group work; and practicing interactive teaching.
