| | | | | 自我效能感的功能机制及其对学习策略教学的启示 | | | 张胜华 | | | 本文在分析自我效能感的功能与主体作用机制的基础上,针对目前学习策略教学中存在的问题,认为学习策略教学效果欠佳的重要原因之一是忽视了学生运用具体学习策略的效能感的培养。因此,学习策略教学应注重培养学生运用具体学习策略的效能感,并指出了四条培养学生自我效能感的途径。

一、自我效能感的功能与主体作用机制1.自我效能感的功能班杜拉等人认为,自我效能感具有以下功能:(1)影响或决定人们对行为的选择以及对该行为的坚持性、努力程度。高自我效能感者倾向于选择具有挑战性的任务,在困难面前能坚持自己的行为,以更大的努力战胜困难;而低自我效能感者相反。(2)影响人们的思维模式和情感反应模式,进而影响新行为的习得和已习得行为的表现。高自我效能感者与环境作用时,确信自己能很好地把握环境,因而能把注意力集中在任务的要求及困难的解决上;而低自我效能感者更多地把注意力放在可能的失败和不利的后果上,从而产… | | |  推荐 CAJ下载  PDF下载 | | | CAJViewer7.0阅读器支持所有CNKI文件格式，AdobeReader仅支持PDF格式 | | | | The Functional Mechanism of the Ego Efficiency and its Revelation to the Teaching of Learning Strategies | | | ZHANG Sheng-hua (Quanzhou Vocational College of Economic and Trade Technology;Quanzhou 362000;China) | | | On the basis of the analysis of the functions of the ego efficiency and its main functional mechanism, and aiming at the problems that exist at present in the teaching of learning strategies, this paper suggests that one of the major causes for the ineffectiveness of the teaching of the learning strategies is the neglect of the developing of the students′ sense of efficiency in using specific learning strategies. Therefore, in the teaching of learning strategies, importance should be attached to the training of the students' sense of efficiency. And four approaches are listed for the cultivation of the students' sense of self-efficiency.
