| | | | | 职业资格培训融入高职教育中的探讨 | | | 陈晓虹 | | | 高等职业技术教育人才培养的目标是面向生产、建设、管理、服务第一线的高素质高技能应用型人才,而人才培养质量低下是我国高职教育面临的严重问题。解决这一问题的有效途径就是将职业资格培训融入高职教育中,使学生在校期间就能学习并掌握与所学专业相关的技术,完成上岗前的职业培训,只有这样才能培养出合格的、符合经济与社会发展需要的高技能人才。
