| | | | | 反腐倡廉,必须加强党内监督 | | | 林德泉 | | | 反腐倡廉是党的作风建设的一个重要内容。搞好反腐倡廉工作,必须加强党内监督。党内监督是依靠党自身的力量实行的自我约束和完善,它是一种预防和修正错误的机制,是保持党的先进性和纯洁性、增强党的凝聚力和战斗力的重要手段。加强党内监督应从加强领导干部自觉接受监督的思想观念、加强党内民主监督、实行党的代表大会常任制、改革党的纪检机关的领导体制、加强党的制度建设,同时强调“阳光工程”、突出监督重点和加大惩罚力度等方面入手。

To do a good job in this aspect, the Party must strengthen its internal supervision. The internal supervision of the Party is a kind of self-restriction and perfection, the success of which depends on the power of the Party itself. This supervision is a mechanism that could prevent and amend errors, and is an important means that would maintain the progressiveness and the holiness of the Party and that would strengthen the cohesive power and battle effectiveness. The strengthening of the supervision may be carried out through the following aspects: developing an ideology of the leading cadres' willingness to be under the supervision of the Party, reinforcing the internal public supervision of the Party, implementing a system of the standing committee of the Party's Congress, reforming the system of leadership of the Party's inspecting departments, enhancing the Party's establishment of its rules and regulations, emphasizing "the Sunshine Project," focusing on particular issues for supervision, and increasing the degree of severity of punishment.
