一、福州地区城乡教育差距及其形成原因经过多年努力,福州市教育事业有了长足发展,特别是城区的基础教育设施、教师水平、教学质量在全省处于领先地位。但由于市辖八县(市)中有相当多的县处于山区或海岛,经济条件较差,基础教育整体水平仍较落后,城乡形成了强烈反差,也使福州市整体教育水平受到很大影响。如2003-2004学年福州市初中学龄人口入学率为88.17%,低于全省平均91.35%的水平,在九个设区市中仅高于宁德;其中罗源县只有63.16%,平潭县只有65.46%,连江县也只有73%[1]。普通中学每万人口在校学生数667.55人,也仅高于宁德[2];初中辍学率反… | | |  推荐 CAJ下载  PDF下载 | | | CAJViewer7.0阅读器支持所有CNKI文件格式，AdobeReader仅支持PDF格式 | | | | Systematic Arrangement and Option of Urban and Rural Education Development | | | WANG Shi-zhen(Economic College;Fujian Normal University;Fuzhou350007;China) | | | Priority of urban education enhances the unbalance of urban and rural education, which violates the fair principle of social development and influences the efficiency as well.
