| | | | | 我国主要农产品竞争力的提升研究 | | | 黄丽萍 | | | 2004年我国农产品的进出口首次出现了逆差,我国主要农产品的竞争力不足已是不争的事实。本文从我国农业的实际出发,分析了影响我国主要农产品竞争力的因素,并提出对策:实行适度规模经营;建设优势农产品产业带;调整农业产业结构;农业科技创新;改善农业经营主体的状况;发展农业产业化;加大政府对农业的支持和保护力度;改善农产品需求条件。

增加农民收入、实现农村小康是全面建设小康社会的关键。但是近年来,农民收入增幅下降,特别是从农民的收入结构看,在农民人均家庭经营纯收入中,非农产业所占的比重较大,来自农业的纯收入增长趋缓。根据2004年《中国统计年鉴》,2003年我国农村居民人均纯收入为2622元,比1995年总体增长约为66%,但其中农户家庭经营纯收入从当初的1125.79元,增至目前的1488元,仅增长了大约32%;工资性收入从353.7元增至目前的919元,增长了近160%。这一方面说明了城镇化和工业化对农民收入的贡献率不断提高,但另一方面也说明了农业发展的相对滞后,我国主要农产品… | | |  推荐 CAJ下载  PDF下载 | | | CAJViewer7.0阅读器支持所有CNKI文件格式，AdobeReader仅支持PDF格式 | | | | On Enhancing Competition Power of Agricultural Products | | | HUANG Li-ping (Department of Politics and History;Fujian Institute of Education;Fuzhou 350025;China) | | | 2004 sees China's trade deficit of the agricultural products for the first time. It is clear that our main agricultural products are not competitive enough in the world market. The article analyses the factors that affect the competitiveness of our agricultural products and come up with some strategies, i.e., the scale economies strategy, formation of industrial belt of agricultural production, scientific and technologica adjustment of agricultural strusture,innovation of agriculture,improvement of the situation of the farmers,agricultural industrialization, more governmental support and protection for agriculture and improvement of the demand for agricultural products.
