| | | | | 全球化视野下的我国法律文化现代化探析 | | | 薛靖 | | | 法律文化是在一定历史时期沉淀下来的支配法律实践活动的群体性法律价值观以及这种价值被社会化的过程或方法。法律文化的现代化是社会发展和进步的要求。在全球化的背景下,我国法律的现代化,不仅是传统法律文化与现代化的冲突与交流、融合与发展的过程,而且也是中国传统法律文化与西方法律文化的冲突与交流、融合与发展的过程。我们必须致力于在本土法律文化的发展中体现法律文化世界性潮流的方向与特征。
