| | | | | 按“三个代表”要求实施依法治国 | | | 钟桂荣 | | | 在现阶段,落实“三个代表”要求离不开依法治国;建设社会主义法治国家,是社会主义的制度创新,体现“三个代表”的要求。依法治国是我们党执政方式的重大变革,有利于“三个代表”要求的落实。中国先进生产力的发展、先进文化的进步和最广大人民利益的满足,对法制建设提出了新的要求。在社会主义条件下,要“代表中国先进生产力的要求、代表中国先进文化的前进方向、代表中国最广大人民的根本利益”,就必须实行依法治国。这是历史的必然选择。
