The latter is a paid service based on the journal publishing cost, which is available to alleviate the contradiction between publishing resources limit and authors' publishing needs, and is able to adjust the relationship between the authors and the editors and improve the running condition of academic journals as well. The paper also analyzes the possibility of paid services.
