| | | | | 创业的合法性悖论 | | | 张玉利;杜国臣 | | | 创业在推动经济变革与创新中的作用,逐渐成为政策和理论研究关注的热点。在以往以经济学假设为主要基础的相关研究中,创业研究中的这种"非社会化的"经济学假设实际上极大地忽略了创业活动的社会嵌入性,忽略了创新价值的社会决定因素。创业机会在构成新事业产生和成长的前提的同时所引发的合法性问题又造成了新事业的生存缺陷,正是这种内在矛盾揭示了创业机会在合法性问题上的悖论性质。本文着重讨论了以合法性为代表的制度因素对于新经济活动和新组织的生存和成长的影响及其作用机制,以及在特定制度安排和制度压力下,创新或创业活动的制度选择和反应机制。

Entrepreneurial opportunities,as the promise of new venture's creation and growth,also induce to the problems of legit- imacy as a liability of newness,which indicates the paradox essential of entrepreneurship on legitimacy.This paper is focus on the institutional influence on the growth and creation of new organizations and economic activities and its mech- anism,as well as the entrepreneur's choices and responses to such institutional arrangement and pressures.
